The message on the wall has no reflection on my mental state. Quite the opposite. Since getting my place for the Race to the stones I have chosen a training plan and stuck it all in ical. I am going with the official plan by Rory Coleman. It's repetitive, gradual and incredibly simple which is perfect for me. Doing the same workouts each week help me get into a rhythm and routine which I find important if I am going to stick with it till the end.
First up an easy going 5k.
